If some materials which are not held by public libraries' can be found at Komazawa University Library, you may visit us.
The persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter the library.
Following Services are offered
- The use of materials inside the Library.
- OPAC
- Self-service photocopiers
Please refrain from bringing your own materials and studying without using those of the library.
Procedure
Show your ID card (driver’s license, health insurance card, etc.) and fill out the form at the Main counter.
Library Card
A Library card allows you to borrow materials.
To issue a library card, come to the reference counter and register.
Requirements for registration
- ID (driver’s license, health insurance card, resident’s card, etc.)
- A color photo (4cm long x 3cm wide, taken within the past 3 months.)
- Signet (If you don’t have, signature will be accepted.)
- Library card application form (1000)
※Library card is valid until the end of the current year (31 March).
You can not register in March.
It takes about an hour to issue a library card. If you want your card in that day, come to the reference counter an hour before closing time.
* Depending on the situation, it takes more time.
