Regional Views publishes the results of academic research contributing to the development of geography. Papers on aspects mentioned above are invited. The Editors will be responsible for deciding whether a paper is to be accepted or rejected.
Authors should provide a list of their full names, academic qualifications, and the names and addresses of their affiliations.
Manuscripts should be written in Japanese or English. An English title should be appended to the manuscript in Japanese.
The length of an article should not exceed 30 pages in print. Contributors whose manuscripts include a large number of figures or tables should consult the Editors.
Manuscripts in English should be typed double spaced (line space is more than 8.2 mm) on A4 sized paper (210mm by 297mm). In addition to hard copy, manuscripts should be submitted in electronic form containing the original files and labeled to indicate the word processor used.
Figures should be provided in a camera-ready form. The sizes and places of insertion should be designated.
For matters of general style and arrangements of headings, figures, tables, notes and references, consult a recent issue of the publication.
Only the first proof will be sent to the (first) author.
Authors will be neither charged nor remunerated for publication of manuscripts. They will receive free of charge up to 200 copies of reprints. Extra copies can be ordered at cost price.
